About the Role

As a Community Services Support Worker, you’ll provide in‑home and community‑based support that empowers people to live independently and achieve their personal goals.

Your day may include:

  • Personal care and daily living support
  • Domestic assistance
  • Social support and community access
  • Shopping and errands
  • Building meaningful connections with the people you support

Travel between participants’ homes is required, and we aim to allocate participants within your preferred region wherever possible.

About You

You’re someone who genuinely cares about people and believes in rights‑based, person‑led care. You’re adaptable, reliable and confident working with a variety of needs and situations.

You’ll bring:

  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability
  • Strong time‑management and organisational skills
  • Good computer literacy
  • Current First Aid & CPR 
  • Reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and provide work rights evidence
