About Aligned Leisure
Aligned Leisure is a 100% owned subsidiary of the Richmond Football Club, established as a vehicle to manage the operations of Richmond’s health, fitness and leisure business activities. Supported by the people and business systems of the Richmond Football Club, Aligned Leisure currently operates 53 leisure centres, community stadiums, pools, gyms, skate parks, gymnastics programs, theatres and other facilities throughout Victoria and New South Wales.

The Health & Wellbeing Officer will lead the delivery of health and wellbeing outcomes aligned to Bass Coast Council’s Health and Wellbeing Strategy and priorities. You will research, design, deliver and evaluate programs that improve community health outcomes, with a strong focus on increasing participation, engaging non-users and supporting priority population groups.
Working closely with Council, community stakeholders and internal teams, you will build strong partnerships and ensure programs and services are data-driven, impactful and aligned to community need.
