About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Support Worker to support participants based in Phillip Island. This role requires a confident, compassionate, and skilled professional who can provide structured support, manage behaviours of concern, and deliver personal and clinical-related care in line with NDIS standards.

You will be supporting a polite and kind individual who can be a little shy at times but has a great sense of humour. He enjoys simple, low-energy activities such as watching TV and relaxing at home.

Your role will focus on providing gentle, understanding, and patient support tailored to his energy levels.

⭐ About the role:

• Provide person-centred disability support

• Assist with personal care and high-intensity needs

• Support community access and daily routines

• Follow behaviour support plans and complete progress notes

💙 Requirements:

✅ Cert III/IV in Disability (or equivalent)

✅ First Aid & CPR

✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check & WWCC

✅ Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

✅ Knowledge and experience in meal preparation

Essential Experience & Requirements

• Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)

• Current First Aid & CPR

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• National Police Check

• Working With Children Check

• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
