We’re currently seeking a Claims Executive to join our Melbourne, Launceston or Hobart team. This role plays a key part in managing a portfolio of claims, ensuring fair, timely outcomes and strong client advocacy throughout the claims process.

About the Role

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of general insurance claims, ensuring they are progressed efficiently, accurately, and in line with service expectations. You will play an important role in supporting clients through the claims process and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve fair and timely outcomes.

As a Claims Executive, you will:

• Manage end-to-end claims from lodgement through to settlement
• Assess policy information and support claims decision-making
• Liaise with clients, brokers, insurers, and service providers
• Provide regular updates and clear communication to all stakeholders
• Review documentation, correspondence, and settlement details
• Maintain accurate records in line with compliance requirements
• Support dispute resolution and contribute to positive outcomes
• Work collaboratively with the wider claims and broking teams

About You

You are an organised and proactive claims professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in general insurance claims (end-to-end exposure preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• A collaborative, team-focused approach
• A willingness to learn and develop professionally
