This is a 6 month parental leave replacement position. The Role An opportunity exists for a driven and customer focused applicant to join our Equipment team. Reporting to the National Service Manager, Equipment, this role will be primarily responsible for incoming service request calls, parts interpretation, work order scheduling, low level product technical assistance and customer feedback. Responsibilities Your duties in the role will be: Receive incoming calls from across all Toro Service sitesParts interpretation, quoting and work order creation for all Service requestsProviding updates and communication to end users based on status of work ordersLiaising with Service Managers to understand daily workload and operating pressuresEntering/Updating customer and product data in ServiceMaxPerforming additional administration duties when required Skills & Experience You must possess: Knowledge and experience in dealing with end usersKnowledge of Toro products and experience with their operating characteristicAbility to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customersStrong customer service skills and a customer first focusStrong computer literacy and CRM managementAbility to adhere to and implement operating goals, objectives, and proceduresA valid Australian Motor Vehicle License (Forklift licence beneficial)Toro technical background, SAP and ServiceMax skills will be highly regarded
