Traffic Controllers/Team Leaders

About the Role

Utility Traffic Solutions Pty Ltd is currently seeking Traffic Controllers and Experienced Team Leaders and TMA Operators to join our small but growing team in Cranbourne West, VIC. These are casual roles with consistent local work across a variety of construction and civil projects throughout the South East metro region.

What You'll Be Doing

Depending on your experience and position, duties may include:

• Leading and coordinating small teams of traffic controllers on site

• Ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic through worksites

• Maintaining traffic vehicles and equipment to a high standard

• Communicating effectively with site supervisors and project managers

• Following all safety protocols, TMPs, and compliance regulations

• Operating Truck Mounted Attenuators (TMA's) to protect road crews and the public

What We're Looking For

• Reliability and willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Solid understanding of AGTTM guidelines, VicRoads standards, and general traffic control procedures

• Valid Victorian Driver’s License and current Traffic Management tickets

• Previous experience as a Traffic Team Leader, TMA Driver/Operator or qualifications TC2/TMI2 and above is very advantageous
