We’re currently seeking an experienced and proactive Service Coordinator to support the day-to-day coordination of jobs, technicians and subcontractors across a busy service environment.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive a seamless experience from start to finish, while supporting the wider team with efficient scheduling, administration and communication.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will:

Coordinate and schedule service jobs across multiple portfolios
Liaise with clients, technicians and subcontractors daily
Provide updates on job progress, scheduling changes and completion timeframes
Monitor active works and ensure jobs are progressing efficiently
Follow up quotes, approvals and variations
Ensure all job documentation and system updates are completed accurately
Assist with maintaining service standards, compliance and workflow efficiency

About You

You may come from a background in service coordination, trades administration, facilities management or customer service.

What matters most is your ability to stay organised, communicate confidently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
