Reach Markets sits at one of the most interesting intersections in Australian finance — where capital meets innovation. We are a specialised investment firm that identifies and backs exceptional companies riding the world's biggest structural shifts: AI, electrification, digitisation and the geopolitical reshaping of global supply chains. But unlike a traditional fund or broker, we go far beyond capital raising. We become long-term partners to the companies we back — providing capital, strategic advice, investor relations, and network access all the way through to exit.
With over $160 million in assets under management, a network of over 10,000 sophisticated investors, and a portfolio of innovative and global-potential companies entering a significant phase of value creation, this is a genuinely exciting time to be part of the Reach team. You'll sit inside a firm that has built something rare in this market — a scalable, relationship-driven model that traditional institutions simply can't replicate.
If you're motivated by doing work that matters, in a team that moves fast and thinks long-term, Reach could be the right next step.
About the RoleWe are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to take ownership of core financial operations within the Reach group. This is an early-career role with real responsibility — you'll manage a defined set of financial and administrative functions independently, with the support of experienced colleagues around you.
This is a full-time permanent role based in our Collins Street CBD office. You'll work closely in the finance team, contributing directly to the financial accuracy and compliance of a multi-entity financial services business.
This role is ideal for someone who has built solid foundations in accounting or finance administration and is ready to take genuine ownership of their work — someone who gets satisfaction from processes done well, records kept accurately, and problems solved without being told twice.
About YouYou've spent a couple of years building your accounting foundations and you're ready for a role where you own your patch. You take pride in accuracy, you don't need to be reminded to follow through, and you find genuine satisfaction in financial processes done properly. You're looking for a firm where your contribution is visible, your development is supported, and the work is genuinely interesting.
