We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Investment Agent to join our experienced property management team, working with Geelong's largest property management office.

As a leasing investment agent, you will responsible for leasing of available properties for rent.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage tenant enquiry and conduct leasing Open For Inspections.

- Update and maintain a Renter database.

- Process Renter applications and complete tenancy database checks.

- Validate application information and references.

- Negotiate rental terms with prospective new Renters.

- Update Residential Rental Providers on campaign.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of Property Me & Inspect Real Estate is favourable

In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate market, legislation and compliance

A current agents rep certificate

A valid driver's licence

Time management skills

Ability to work autonomously and in a team
