  • Extensive Business Analysis experience
  • Requirements Gathering, Workshop Facilitation, and Process Mapping
  • Stakeholder Management and Communication
  • Risk, Issue, and Conflict Management
  • Agile & Waterfall Project Delivery
  • Release Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Status Reporting
  • Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, and MS Office Suite
  • Strategic Workforce Planning – SAP SuccessFactors
  • Commercial and Procurement Systems

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
  • Create workflow diagrams, process documentation, and specifications
  • Support project planning, scope definition, and delivery activities
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and project communications
  • Support Agile and Waterfall project execution, including sprint and release

  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
