IDAM Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced IDAM Business Analyst to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Identity and Access Management solutions across enterprise environments. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, security teams, and technical architects to gather requirements, define access control processes, and ensure secure and compliant identity governance practices.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document IDAM requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IAM solutions.
• Support the design and implementation of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes.
• Facilitate workshops to define user access, role-based access control (RBAC), and entitlement models.
• Assist in access certification, provisioning, and de-provisioning workflows.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, including gap analysis.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with IAM architects and engineers during solution implementation and testing.
• Support UAT coordination, defect tracking, and resolution activities.
• Prepare process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to improve identity lifecycle management processes.
