Position Overview: HYDAC Pty Ltd – HYDAC is a global provider of hydraulics, filtration and fluid technology solutions serving industrial sectors worldwide. As a Senior Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic advertising campaigns across B2B industrial markets, driving brand awareness and supporting commercial growth. Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Develop and execute strategic B2B advertising campaigns for hydraulic, filtration, and fluid technology products
• Promote HYDAC’s industrial solutions including accumulators, valves, filtration systems, and condition monitoring technologies
• Plan integrated marketing campaigns targeting mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, heavy industry, and OEM sectors
• Manage technical product marketing content including catalogues, datasheets, and engineering documentation
• Coordinate product launches across Australian and global HYDAC business units
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns including LinkedIn, industry platforms, and industrial trade media
• Manage participation in trade shows, expos, and industrial exhibitions (e.g., mining and engineering events)
• Conduct market research on industrial fluid power and competitor hydraulic technologies
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to translate technical product features into commercial messaging
• Manage advertising budgets, agencies, and external creative suppliers
• Drive lead generation initiatives through distributor and OEM marketing channels
• Ensure brand consistency across all industrial and technical marketing materials
• Lead overall advertising and marketing strategy for HYDAC Australia, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives
• Manage and mentor marketing and advertising team members, including performance planning and capability development
• Oversee annual advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI optimization
• Present campaign performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior executive leadership
• Develop long-term brand positioning strategy for industrial hydraulic and fluid technology markets
• Establish KPIs and governance frameworks for all advertising and promotional activities
• Negotiate and manage high-value contracts with media agencies, vendors, and strategic partners
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, engineering, product development, and global marketing teams
• Lead digital transformation of marketing operations including automation and data-driven campaign optimization
• Ensure compliance with corporate branding guidelines across all regional and international campaigns

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant qualification.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Advertising Manager
• Strong digital marketing expertise
• B2B industrial marketing experience
• Excellent strategic planning and communication skills
