About You

You are a capable and experienced administration professional who:

  • Is excited and self motivated

  • Is ready to bring real structure and process to a business that values it

  • Wants to be surrounded by people who take their work seriously

  • Thrives when given autonomy and the trust to run with it, and

  • Is looking for a team and leadership you can actually rely on

Your Attributes

  1. You genuinely care
When a client or tradesperson needs something sorted, you treat it like it matters, because it does. Their win is your win.

  2. You're proactive
You see what needs doing and you do it. You stay one step ahead, keeping jobs on track before things fall through the cracks.

  3. You're a team player
Our tradies and Director are out on site, they need someone at base they can count on.

  4. You show integrity
Every document and client interaction reflects PMR's reputation. You handle things with care and accuracy.

  5. You're confident
Construction moves fast and you move with it. You have a way of making the people around you feel like everything is under control.

  6. You make it better
If you spot a smarter way to track jobs or manage documents, you say something, and you help make it happen.

  7. You take ownership
When something is yours to manage, you manage it. Your systems are tight and your follow-ups are done. What you can create…

  8. You follow through
If you say you'll do something, it gets done. Every time.

  9. You're ready for something new
You want variety, a great team, and a role where you can grow. This is it.
