Manage and respond to emails, including service bookings, customer enquiries, builder communications, and general administration.
Maintain and organise company inboxes and records.
Answer and manage incoming phone calls and enquiries.
Escalate enquiries to the appropriate team members when required.
Provide general administrative support across the business.
Coordinate maintenance requests from booking through to completion.
Schedule appointments with clients and allocate jobs to technicians and subcontractors.
Manage booking changes, cancellations, and customer follow-up.
Keep builders and clients informed of scheduling and progress updates.
Issue completion notices and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Coordinate insurance claims and associated documentation.
Liaise with insurers, clients, and technicians throughout the claims process.
Monitor claim progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Arrange servicing, repairs, and maintenance for company vehicles.
Coordinate bookings with service providers.
Manage vehicle-related insurance claims and repairs.
Monitor maintenance schedules to ensure fleet readiness.
Act as a key point of contact for incoming communications.
Support operational staff by ensuring information is communicated efficiently.
Assist in maintaining workflow continuity across the office.
Provide administrative support to internal team members.
