You'll be reporting into an experienced Financial Controller and contributing across statutory reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes within a well-run, structured environment. This role is ideal for a technically strong accountant looking for their next challenge with a brand that carries real weight on a CV. Working Holiday Visa holders with relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.

This is an initial 3-month engagement with a strong likelihood of extension for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of statutory financial statements and supporting schedules
Month-end close processes including journals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and reporting accuracy
Support the Financial Controller with audit deliverables and external reporting requirements
Liaise with internal stakeholders across the business to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function

About You

CA or CPA qualified
Big 4 / Mid-Tier background welcome, or solid industry/commerce experience
Strong technical accounting skills with high attention to detail
Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Immediately available or on a short notice period
Working Holiday Visa holders with relevant industry experience welcome to apply
