Accounts & Payroll Administrator

About the role

Located in Bacchus Marsh, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Payroll Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day finance and payroll operations across the business.

You will be responsible for processing payroll, managing accounts payable functions, and providing administrative support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Working closely with internal teams, site staff, and external stakeholders, you will act as a key point of contact for payroll and accounts-related queries while maintaining strong attention to detail, compliance, and process efficiency

What you'll be doing

• Processing and managing accounts payable for the Plant Department

• Weekly processing of payroll

• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant legislation

• Provide high level of support to both internal & external stakeholders

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in an accounts administration and payroll processing role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles

• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
