About The Role

As a Performance & Reward Specialist, you will play a key role in evolving how we use data, insights, and technology to shape reward and performance outcomes across Sportsbet. Reporting to the Director – Reward, People Ops & HR Systems, this role sits within People & Culture but operates as a true analytics and advisory partner to HRBPs, TA, and business leaders.

You will design, deliver, and continuously improve reward programs while partnering with stakeholders to provide data‑led insights that influence decision making. From remuneration reviews to job architecture and benefits, you will combine strong analytical capability with commercial thinking to ensure our reward approach remains competitive, scalable, and aligned to our strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver reward and performance initiatives aligned to business and employee outcomes
  • Lead remuneration analysis and benchmarking to support competitive and equitable reward decisions
  • Build and maintain job architecture and job evaluation frameworks to support scalable growth
  • Partner with HRBPs, TA, and business leaders to provide data‑driven insights and recommendations
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and visualisations to communicate complex data clearly and effectively
  • Drive continuous improvement across reward processes, including data quality, automation, and efficiency
About You

While we are big on development and offer on the job training, we want to set you up for success.

You bring a strong blend of reward expertise and analytical capability, with a passion for using data to challenge thinking and drive better outcomes. You are curious, commercially minded, and comfortable working across ambiguity, with the confidence to partner with stakeholders at all levels. You enjoy getting hands‑on with data, asking the right questions, and turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations. You are proactive, detail‑oriented, and continuously look for ways to improve how things are done.

What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience in reward, performance, or people analytics roles
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and experience with tools such as Power BI
  • Experience building reporting, dashboards, and data visualisations that drive decision making
  • Ability to work across large datasets, including data cleansing, reconciliation, and analysis
  • Experience supporting or delivering remuneration reviews and benchmarking activities
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and influence outcomes
