About The RoleAs a Performance & Reward Specialist, you will play a key role in evolving how we use data, insights, and technology to shape reward and performance outcomes across Sportsbet. Reporting to the Director – Reward, People Ops & HR Systems, this role sits within People & Culture but operates as a true analytics and advisory partner to HRBPs, TA, and business leaders.
You will design, deliver, and continuously improve reward programs while partnering with stakeholders to provide data‑led insights that influence decision making. From remuneration reviews to job architecture and benefits, you will combine strong analytical capability with commercial thinking to ensure our reward approach remains competitive, scalable, and aligned to our strategy.
ResponsibilitiesWhile we are big on development and offer on the job training, we want to set you up for success.
You bring a strong blend of reward expertise and analytical capability, with a passion for using data to challenge thinking and drive better outcomes. You are curious, commercially minded, and comfortable working across ambiguity, with the confidence to partner with stakeholders at all levels. You enjoy getting hands‑on with data, asking the right questions, and turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations. You are proactive, detail‑oriented, and continuously look for ways to improve how things are done.
