Part Time Accounts Payable Officer - $37.13 ph

Our client, a steel frame manufacturer based in Dandenong South, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join their team.

• Hourly pay rate: $37.13 per hour
• Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
• 8:00am - 4:00pm

• Process supplier invoices and purchase orders
• Allocate general ledger codes and maintain accurate records
• Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations
• Generate customer invoices
• Process fortnightly payroll
• Review and approve timesheets in Tanda
• Manage employee leave records and staff hours

• Previous experience in accounts payable, payroll, or administration
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
