Extension Specialist / Educator

Blonde Army is on the hunt for an experienced Extension Specialist to join our growing team. (No hairdressing qualification needed)

The Role

This is more than just a salon position. You’ll be working hands-on with clients delivering premium extension services, while stepping into a key role as we expand. For the right person, this is a pathway into an educational and brand ambassador role, with the opportunity to travel Australia-wide.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing high-quality weft hair extensions with precision and care

• Installing and maintaining K-tip (keratin bond) extensions

• Consulting with clients to recommend the best extension methods for their hair type and lifestyle

• Upholding Blonde Army’s standards of excellence in every appointment

• Contributing to the growth of our brand through education and training as we expandWhat We’re Looking For

• Proven, hands-on experience with weft and K-tip extensions , this is a must

• A strong eye for colour, texture, and natural-looking results

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills

• Someone who is passionate, driven, and excited by the idea of growing with a brand

• An interest in education and mentoring, this role has real room to evolve
